Things to consider about buying 'Off Plan'

If you buy today, then you secure at today’s prices. When the property is completed it may have risen considerably in value, making a significant return on your investment. If you are on a tight budget, the price of your home could be beyond your reach if you were to wait until the time of completion. This way you get the property you want at the price you can afford.

Buying at the planning stage or when the development has just started, allows you to personalize your property, by choosing colour schemes, bathroom and kitchen design, floor and wall tiles, down to the actual fitments. Some times it is even possible to design the total interior layout, . You in a sense have the benefits of a self build without the costs of an architect and all that goes with it

Our developers work with stage payments, so you do not have to make the full outlay at the start. This allows you to budget accordingly and see a return on a low investment. The final payment is not made until you have checked the property and, either agreed it meets the specifications, or any alterations you request are completed to your satisfaction. It is also possible to sell your unfinished property at any time so if you change your mind you will still gain any increase in value.
